You would have to contact us directly, either by email or by phone, and a representative will assist you with your request.

Here are the instructions you need to follow in order to get your Bioptron repaired: 
1)  Pack your device well before shipping, in order to prevent damage in transit.
 2)  Include a short note inside the package with your contact information.  You might also want to mention any specific problems you've had with your unit.
3) No payment is needed at this time.  An authorized technician will contact you with an estimated repair charge once your device has been fully examined and diagnosed.

BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
Send us an email containing the following:
  • An explanation of the issue with the product.
  • Pictures and videos of the issue
  • Proof of original purchase (ex. Receipt/Invoice, sales contract, etc.)
Once our team receives this information and analyzes it, we will contact you within 3 business days to inform you of the next steps.

We use Canada Post as our official delivery service. Our shipping costs are determined by their system. Please be aware that delivering your items quickly and safely to you is our priority.

Usually, it takes seven business days, but it may depend on your delivery area.
We process all orders during regular business hours (M-F 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time). We will do our best to ship your order in a timely manner; however, delays do occasionally occur beyond the control of Zepter International Canada Inc. Please note that items that are "available" may need to be ordered from the manufacturer, which may cause additional delays. 
You will receive the tracking number so you can follow up on your order on Canada Post’s website to be aware of the estimated delivery time.
